As a family we got our first pup and felt a little lost and overwhelmed as to which vet to join and honestly joining east Fremantle was just the best decision ever !!! Our westie Toddy has gone through his puppy school here and all his vaccinations etc. He was desexed a few days ago and the doctors and nurses have just been fantastic !!! They push it out that extra mile sending pictures and text updates of your pet, attaching a little bravery ribbon around the collar for when you pick them up… they even called the next day to see how toddy was getting on. So lovely -something they don’t have to do and most places just wouldn’t … it’s special touches like this that make me feel delighted with our choice, I don’t think I could have chosen a better vets – you can see they just thrive and love what they do and go above and beyond the 5 stars! Thank you so much for being so great guys.

This is by far the best vets in the area very professional and caring everything you want when your taking your one who is scared already, can’t say enough good things about them.

The nurses are always friendly and helpful when I ring up asking for advice. The vets take the time with you in consults, they have always made me feel at ease and have handled my cat (who is slightly a grumpy cat) so well and somehow don’t ever stress him out. Very professional with a warm outlook.

We sadly had to put our precious 17 year old dog to sleep, the staff were kind and took great care of her but it didn’t just stop there. This vets thoughtful aftercare really helped us through such a difficult time and we are very grateful
