If your pet has recently been assessed by one of our Veterinarians for an ongoing condition then this is the most convenient way to request more medication be prepared and ready for you to collect.
Provision of prescription medications will typically be on the next business day from your request. If you need these medications urgently, please phone us on (08) 9339 7000 rather than use the online request form.
We will text you on the number you have provided to advise that your pet’s medication/s are ready for collection.
If the best care for your pet includes reassessment with one of our highly experienced Veterinarians then we may not be able to dispense further medications. How we can dispense medications is governed by the Health Department of WA and the Veterinary Surgeons Board of WA. We really appreciate that you understand that the best care of your pet is our number one priority.
